Where do you ship goods from?

We ship the goods from our factory Ningbo,China.

Do I need to pay for the Customs tax?

Normally we declare these amount on the shipping invoice 

USD20 or USD30 per headset 

USD30 per helmet 

USD30 per set propellers 

So normally you do NOT need to pay for the Customs tax 

or need to pay a little for the Customs tax 

But we can not 100% promise you for this.

For the headsets which ways do you send via? How long about delivery times?

For the headsets 

1) U.S.A, Canada,Mexico

Lots of pilots in U.S.A, Canada,Mexico are using UFQ headsets now.

usually we will send via express courriers such as DHL, Fedex, UPS 

the delivery time is around 7 working days after the date of order. 

Usually we will declare USD20(Twenty USD) on the shipping invoice 

So normally there is no or very little Customs tax but we can not promise it.

2) Europe countries such as

(Lots of pilots in EU countries are using UFQ headsets now.)

Germany,France,Italy,Spain,Poland,Romania,Netherlands,Belgium.Greece,

Czech Republic,Portugal,Sweden,Hungary,Austria,Bulgaria,Denmark,Finland,

Slovakia,Norway,Ireland,Croatia,Lithuania,Slovenia,Latvia,Estonia,Luxembourg,Malta

we will send via AIR POST, the delivery time is around 2 weeks. 

Usually we will declare USD20(Twenty USD) on the shipping invoice 

So normally there is no or very little Customs tax but we can not promise it.

3) United Kindon,Switzerland

we will send via express courriers such as DHL, Fedex, UPS 

the delivery time is around 7 working days after the date of order. 

As these 2 countries are easy for the Customs clearance.

4) Turkey 

Lots of pilots in Turkey are using UFQ headsets now. 

we will send via Turkey POST(PTT), the delivery time is around 2 weeks. 

Usually we will declare USD20(Twenty USD) on the shipping invoice 

So normally there is no or very little Customs tax but we can not promise it.

5) United Arab Emirates(UAE),Israel, and other countries in Middle East 

Lots of pilots in Middle East are using UFQ headsets now.

usually we will send via express courriers such as DHL, Fedex, UPS 

the delivery time is around 7-10 days working days after the date of order. 

6) Brazil 

Brazil is our biggest market in South America

Lots of pilots in Brazil are using UFQ headsets now. 

we will send via Brazil POST, the delivery time is around 3 weeks. 

Usually we will declare USD20(Twenty USD) on the shipping invoice 

So normally there is no or very little Customs tax but we can not promise it.

Customers should inform us CPF numbers

7) Other countries in South America such as 

Colombia,Argentina,Peru,Venezuela,Chile,Ecuador,Bolivia,Paraguay,Uruguay

usually we will send via express courriers such as DHL, Fedex, UPS 

the delivery time is around 8 working days after the date of order. 

Also we can send to Florida, U.S.A as customers' requirements

Why send headsets to some countries via express courrier,but some via air post?

For the headsets

1) We will send to some countries via express courrier

such as DHL,UPS,Fedex ect on 

because these countries are easier for the Customs clerance.

Delivery time send via express courrier is 5 to 10 days!


2) We will send to some countries via POST

because these countries are difficult for the Customs clearance.

If we send via courriers to these countries 

customers may pay lots for the Custom tax 

But if we send via POST customers do not need to pay for the Customs tax 

or pay little for the Customs tax

Delivery time send via POST is 2 to 3 weeks


3) Countries we will send via courriers such as DHL,UPS,Fedex

How to send the cables,adapters,ear cushions and other accessories?

For these products 

cables,adapters,ear cushions and other accessories

We always send via air post,the delivery time should around 2 weeks

Because we can not send these via express courriers 

as the shipping cost via courriers more than the prices we sell for these products.

But if you do want to pay for the shipping cost for urgent need 

then we can send via express

How to send helmets?

For helmets

We always send via air post,the delivery time should around 2 to 4 weeks

As the volume weight of the helmet is much more than the real weight

So the shipping cost via courriers is very high

And we can not send helmets via express courriers 

But if you do want to pay for the shipping cost for urgent need 

then we can send via express

Can I track the parcel after seller send the order?

Yes, you can track it on www.17track.net  with the tracking number that sell inform you.

We only send via the shipping companies can offer tracking numbers to follow up!

What payment terms you can accept?

We can accept Paypal,Visa,Master Card,America Express,JCB and ect on.

My payment was declined, why?

If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons why:

the card has no funds available,

you entered the wrong CSV security code,

the card is expired,

you entered the wrong billing information,

the card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases),

there is a hold on the card.

In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.

Solutions: try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method

(they accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.

How do I cancel my order?

Only unshipped orders may be cancelled.

Cancellation may be done either through email or by telephone.

Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.

What's the warranty time?

1) Headsets ( not include ear pads seals and microphone foam muffs)

workmanship for a period of three (3) years from date of original purchase.

2) Ear pads seals and microphone foam muffs workmanship

for a period of ONE (1) year from date of original purchase.

3) All cables and adapters and other parts buy them seperately workmanship

for a period of TWO (2) years from date of original purchase.

4) All helmets for a period of ONE (1) year from date of original purchase.

5) All paramotro propellers for a period of ONE (1) year from date of original purchase.

What's the details when warranty is not valid?

Warranty is not valid if our inspection shows that

the equipment has been subjected to negligence, misuse or accident,

or if it has been tampered with, installed, or altered in any way.

All products must be shipped to our address, freight pre­paid.
